Discounts for Professionals in the Event Industry

We offer a 10% discount for event industry professionals. This offer is available to organizers, coordinators, and agencies specializing in event planning who are connected to the Go Rent Client Bot. To receive the discount during registration, you need to complete the following steps:

– Check the box confirming that you are a professional and provide a link to a working website or active social media accounts through which you receive clients.

– Connect to the Go Rent Client Bot in your personal account.

Once this information is received, a manager will verify it and activate the professional discount in your personal account. It will then be applied to all subsequent orders.

Our clients can take advantage of a cumulative discount, which is combined with the professional discount.

Each company or decorator can place orders in Go Rent using a single account and view their entire order history there. Creating duplicate accounts for the same company or decorator is not allowed. Please ensure that access credentials for your account are shared with the responsible manager of your company.

If this rule is violated and a new account is created after receiving a warning from a Go Rent representative, the professional discount may be revoked.

Cumulative Discount System for Professionals

If you place orders as a professional, your professional discount can increase as your turnover grows:

  • After exceeding a turnover of 500000 AED, 1% is added to your discount for every subsequent 500000 AED of turnover. For example, if you place orders totaling 505000 AED as a professional, your discount will increase to 11% and will grow by another percentage point when you reach 1000000 AED.
  • The maximum discount is 10% (10% professional discount and 0% cumulative maximum).

Thus, the more you order, the better the terms of cooperation become.

The discount may be reduced or completely revoked at Go Rent's discretion due to repeated violations of work rules.

How to order?

Placing an order is simple: select items from the catalog on the website and add them to your cart. Specify the dates for receiving and returning the order, and if needed, add delivery and setup. All set! Now you can place your order. Orders can be created 24/7, but those requiring confirmation are processed by managers during working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Which Orders Require Confirmation?

  • When the order includes items that are under restoration.
  • If you are placing an urgent order, meaning an order that needs to be issued today or tomorrow.

How to Pay for Your Order?

After placing an order, you have 2 days to make a prepayment of 50% of the total order amount. Make the prepayment via the payment system on the website or by bank transfer using an invoice. The website will automatically generate the invoice — just provide the necessary details. Cash payments are not accepted. If the prepayment is not made within these days, your order will be automatically canceled by the system.

Full payment must be completed no later than 1 days before receiving the items. If payment is not made on time, your order will be automatically canceled by the website due to overdue payment. Funds paid for a canceled order will be credited to your Go Rent account balance and will remain available for future orders without a time limit.

Don't worry, orders can always be restored. You can pay from your Go Rent account balance and top up the remaining amount using any convenient payment method.

Is There a Deposit?

Yes, to ensure the safety of items and the timely return of orders, we use a deposit system in our collaboration with clients. The deposit amount depends on the details of your order. The deposit amount is 'frozen' (held) on your account, similar to hotel or car rental booking systems. This means the money does not physically transfer to us but remains in your account. After the order is returned without delays, damages, or losses, the system automatically releases the deposit, and the amount is 'unfrozen.'

How the system calculates the deposit:

  • For orders with a total cost up to 15000 AED, the deposit amount will be the cost of the order.
  • If the order's total cost is between 15000 AED and 35000 AED, the deposit will be a fixed amount of 100 AED.
  • For orders with a total cost exceeding 35000 AED, the deposit will be 100% of the total order cost.
  • The deposit calculation does not include the cost of delivery and setup.

Example:

Order amount 7500 AED = 7500 AED deposit.

Order amount 30000 AED = 100 AED deposit.

Order amount 70000 AED = 70000 AED deposit.

Can Someone Else Receive or Return the Order?

Yes, if you cannot personally receive or return the order, you may send a trusted person to our collection point. To verify their authority to receive the order, you must provide them with your unique order number. This number serves as verification of their authority to collect the order. Without this number, we will not be able to hand over the order.

Important: your trusted person is responsible for the quality of order receipt/return as if you were receiving the order yourself. They will also need to sign the Handover Acts. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide your order if your trusted person refuses these steps. For future orders in your name, additional documentation (such as a power of attorney and the trusted person's ID) may be required.

In What Condition Should the Order Be Returned?

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Compensation will be charged for the loss or damage of branded boxes and bags. The original packaging must not have any drawings, tape, or other alterations to its appearance. Textiles can be returned dirty, as they undergo professional cleaning after the rental period.

How many days can I rent the items?

The base rental prices for items are listed in the catalog on the website. Pay the base rental cost and use the items for up to 3 days (an additional fee for the 4th and each subsequent day is 25% of the base cost). Working (calendar) days of the collection point are counted, not 24-hour periods. Please note that if you place an order and specify pick-up and return dates with a range shorter than 3 days, the moment of delay will be the return date you specified when placing the order, even if the actual 3 days from the issuance date have not yet passed. This is because the items may already be reserved for another client on the next day, and delays with the current order jeopardize the next rental.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you can cancel an order. If a paid order is canceled 2 days or earlier before the self pick up date, we refund the full prepayment amount. The funds for the canceled order will be credited to your Go Rent account balance and can be used for new orders without time restrictions. You can also withdraw these funds to your bank account, but a payment system commission of 3% will be deducted from the total.

If you cancel the entire order or part of it one day before self pick up or later, we retain the full rental cost.

Delivery and Setup Conditions

Delivery Cost

The cost of delivery is calculated automatically when placing an order on the website — for both ways (there and back).

For deliveries outside the city (e.g., beyond the MKAD in Moscow), an additional fee applies. Specify the distance from the city border — the system will calculate the surcharge automatically.

Unloading and loading are included in the delivery cost.

If it is necessary to carry items more than 15 meters or lift them to a floor without an elevator, this service is charged extra. Simply indicate the number of meters and floors in the corresponding fields when placing the order.

What is Setup

Setup is the assembly and disassembly of items. The service includes:

  • unloading and subsequent loading;
  • unpacking items;
  • polishing and washing dishes (before and after the event);
  • arranging items on-site according to the plan;
  • steaming and draping textiles.

For certain categories of items (e.g., large furniture, soft chairs), setup and delivery are mandatory — you cannot order such items without these services.

If the setup service is not ordered, the courier:

  • does not perform assembly;
  • does not collect items from the venue upon return — you must gather and hand them over at one point (by default, the same location where the order was delivered).

All additional costs are calculated automatically when the form on the website is filled out correctly.

Who performs the setup?

Setup is performed by Go Rent specialists. For self-pickup, it is done by you or workers hired by you.

Can I save money?

Yes! Organize delivery and setup yourself (except for certain categories of items, such as large furniture and soft chairs). To properly plan transportation, the number of workers, and the duration of setup, rely on the information about the volume of items — this information is provided in the order.

Can items be washed in a dishwasher?

When washing items yourself, it is strictly prohibited to use a dishwasher, abrasive materials, or a temperature setting above 50 °C. This can damage the items and wear away the rim of glasses.

What to do if the order is delayed?

For such cases, we provide compensation for delayed return — 50% of the rental cost of the delayed items for each day of delay. We recommend placing your order in advance for the required dates. If you add an extra rental day no later than 2 days before receiving the order, the rental cost for that day will be only 25% of the base rental cost, which is half the usual fee.

Urgency surcharge

The urgency surcharge is 10% of the order cost and 10% for urgent delivery and setup. This surcharge applies if you place an order to be received today or tomorrow.

Can there be additional costs?

List of situations where additional fees may apply:

  • if free parking is unavailable, paid parking is covered by the client;
  • carrying furniture or items more than 10 meters from the unloading zone is charged extra;
  • lifting and/or lowering furniture and items without an elevator;
  • courier waiting for more than one hour due to unscheduled changes in the setup/dismantling time on-site.

What to do if you lose an item?

If an item is lost, you will need to pay compensation according to our price list.

If the deposit covers the compensation amount, it will be deducted from it. If not, the debt must be settled within 3 days from the date it was issued. If the compensation is not paid after this period, the company reserves the right to reduce or permanently revoke the client's professional discount.

If the lost item is later found, we will recalculate the compensation as a delayed return.

What to do if an item in your order is damaged?

Compensation for damaged items is determined based on an evaluation by a repair specialist. If the item cannot be reasonably restored to a rentable condition, we will charge compensation for loss.

The compensation for loss is listed for each item in the price list.

The compensation must be settled within 3 days from the date it was issued. If unpaid after this period, the company reserves the right to reduce the client's professional discount.

Can items be taken for an off-site project?

Yes, but there are a number of restrictions:

  • We do not deliver items to venues more than 100 km outside the city;
  • Not all items are available for off-site projects;
  • We do not work with transport companies or courier services;
  • An increased deposit is required for off-site projects, calculated individually.
